2026 Camper Rates
- Early Registration - $1125 (Before February 28, 2026)
- Regular Registration - $1195 (March 1 and after)
- Bridge weekend - $275 additional (*must be in sessions prior and after)
Returning, Siblings and Referrals
- $75 discount for either returning camper or sibling
- $100 credit for each friend who registers from your referral!
No matter where you find yourself, our commitment is to do right by your family while maintaining the mission of camp and the farm. Please contact our Camp Director, Courtney at courtney(at)thecountryexperience.com and we’ll work on a solution together.
- A $300 deposit is due at the time of registration.
- In the event of any cancellation, your deposit and fees may be rolled over to another camp week, the next camp season, or transferred to a family farm stay weekend.
If a camp credit transfer is not possible, our cancellation policy is below:
- Should cancellation of your 2026 camp week be requested before February 28th, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation is requested between February 28th, 2026 and May 1st, 2026 a 50% refund will be issued.
- Past May 1st, 2026 refunds will not be issued.
