Your weekend at TCE is designed by you- with a little help from us. A good start is a farm tour which will orient you to our barns, gardens and animals. We’ll discuss a schedule and menu for meals and talk about animal feedings and chores, which many guests enjoy being a part of.
Most importantly, we leave lots of open time for you to engage in activities on and around the farm! Here are some of our favorite things to do:
- brush the goats
- pick alfalfa to feed to the rabbits
- collect and wash eggs
- harvest cherries, mulberries, apples or wild raspberries
- cut a bouquet of flowers
- climb in the treehouse
- fish in the pond
- relax in a hammock
- swing on the willows
