Camp sessions are one week long, Monday 9:00 am – Friday 3:00 pm.
- Early Registration (Before February 28, 2018): $925
- Regular Registration (March 1 and after): $985
CIT rates only apply to 13+ year-olds and during a structured Counselor In Training week.
- $900 1st session
- $750 2nd session
- $600 3rd session
- $450 4th session
- $300 5th session
- $150 6th session, Training Complete!
Discounts and Referrals:
- $75 discount for either returning camper or sibling
- $100 credit for each friend who registers from your referral!

If you would like to change camp sessions after registration– please try to let us know before May 1. We will do our absolute best to work with your child’s schedule depending on space in your desired session.
We are parents, we know that life can be unpredictable, illness, injuries and life happens. We will strive to be as flexible as possible, and often are able to find a later session that will make it possible for your child to attend TCE. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel the following policies apply:
- You may cancel up until February 28, with a $50 penalty.
- You may cancel up until May 1 with a $500 penalty.
- Cancellations after May 1, no refund.
- Children sent home for injury or illness: no refund
